HOLA AMARA is a strategic advisory for critical business decisions.

I work with people at moments where choosing wrong is expensive, and choosing well changes everything.

About me

I’m a creative strategist and certified project manager (PMP) with over 10 years of experience turning ideas into operating businesses.

I’ve worked across hospitality, wellness, property development, and retail. Supporting both new ventures and established organisations. I’ve led ideas from early concept through launch. Built and managed teams. And stepped into existing businesses to assess performance, alignment, and execution. That work has given me an end-to-end view of strategy in the real world. What holds up in practice. And what quietly unravels once real constraints appear.

HOLA AMARA exists to help people avoid costly missteps. Not only at the beginning, but at the moments when refinement, redirection, or restraint matter most.

How I Work

I look at businesses as ecosystems, not isolated problems. Before zooming in, I step back and assess the full context: the market, the economics, the realities of operating, and the human behind it.

Most decisions become clearer when you apply a few simple truths that are easy to miss once things start moving. My work is about using that perspective to decide what’s worth pursuing and what isn’t.

Businesses I work with

I work across a range of business types. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

Hospitality and F&B based businesses

Wellness and lifestyle businesses

Retail and consumer-facing brands

Property-related and location-based ventures

Service businesses around expertise or craft
